The session will cleanse and balance the chakras, increase awareness between the physical and energetic bodies, and encourage pranic energy (vital life force) to flow freely around the body. Chakra Meditations contains two different guided meditations. Both feature different techniques to help cleanse and balance the body's seven main chakras.
